| Senior Pastor, Lawrence P. Stappler, his wife Charmaine, and their two sons Jacob and Luke, arrived in September 2001 from Fairbanks, AK. Prior to that, Pastor Larry served in Roundup, Montana. He has a BA in English from Boise State University, and a Master of Divinity from Wartburg Theological Seminary in Dubuque, Iowa. | |
| Associate Pastor, Debra Koch arrived in November 2006 from Billings, MT. She is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA and Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary in Berkeley, CA. | |
| Parish Worker, Kathy Eff has been a devoted member of Bethlehem since 1975 and joined the staff in 1991. Kathy and her husband, Jim, married since 1969, have three adult sons. | |
| Parish Secretary, Georgia Saverud joined the Bethlehem staff at Easter, 2004. Georgia and her husband Dale moved to Kalispell from Phoeniz, Arizona where Georgia had 17 years experience in church offices. They have two adult children. Georgia plays handbells in the Gosbells choir. | |
Custodian, Kent Gunderson joined the Bethlehem staff in September of 1997. He gives careful attention to our church properties, facility and grounds. Kent is married to Annette and has three children. |

| Director of Music, Paul Gregory brings a variety of musical talents as organist, pianist and director of the Gosbells and Chancel choirs. He joined the Bethlehem staff in February of 2000. | |
